This is high rise living at it’s best with a view of the Baltimore Inner Harbor. The homeowners wanted to open up the common living space so that there was a view and access to the roof top terrace that wrapped around three sides of the condo.

The master bath floor plan needed to flow better and the windows had to be replaced due to their draftiness, so we also included heated tile floors to reduce the chill. There were some changes with closets, so that interesting niches were created to add storage.
