Our customers had a home in the neighborhood of their choice and didn’t want to move. Deciding what they really wanted in their present home a luxurious master suite retreat was chosen. Our designers worked closely with the couple to determine the best strategy and chose to build above the garage.  In this master suite retreat new His & Her walk-in closets were added, a private sitting room overlooking the treed lot, and a beautiful deck with retractable awning. The master bathroom was expanded as well to include a window seat and coffee/wine bar.

This is only one of the remodeling projects completed by Owings on their family home. The garage was updated to include new flooring and a new sunroom was added to the dining room.

Private Outdoor Living Retreat

Our clients not only created a new master walk-in closet but also added a sitting room with an adjoining deck. The property backs up to a wooded area that gives the couple privacy as they lounge in their master suite retreat. A coffee/wine bar was also added completing their private retreat space.
